Working alongside L3 Coaching
Some of our most effective engagements happen in partnership with L3 Coaching. Where the challenge is leadership behaviour, communication, or team dynamics, L3 works directly with the people. Where the challenge is structural — strategy, operating rhythm, delivery, or systems — that is where we come in.
The two practices are complementary by design. If an engagement needs both people-level and system-level support, we can work together without creating overlap or confusion.
